'With so much to plan and organise for a wedding it was a pleasure to work with Obsession. On the day itself, they arrived and set themselves up so quickly and quietly that we hardly even noticed until the music sounded. Even though our choice of song for the first dance was not in their repertoire, they still accommodated our wishes. Lively from the start, their selection and timing of songs went down famously and all the way to the end they maintained an incredibly high professional standard, engaging with our guests throughout their performance and where and when required tutored/guided the guests (mainly Irish not knowing the steps) through the dance routine required (Gay Gordons for example). Their decision to use 'Auld Lang Syne' for the last song was superb, if not unexpected, as it brought all guests together linking arms in a circle which, looking back on the day/night is one of the lasting enduring highlight moments of the wedding. 'I simply had to write to express our thanks and to pass on tributes to you all for a magnificent performance last Saturday night at my wife's 60th Birthday Party in Glencorse Golf Club. Your selection of music, which was played with true professionalism, catered for all ages and tastes and was enjoyed by all. Our guests have used every superlative in the dictionary but the remark made by one of them "I can't stop dancing. I'm completely obsessed!" sums it up best of all. Anyone who is looking for a Function Band of the highest quality need look no further. Thank you, thank you, thank you for an absolutely fantastic night of great music and dancing.'
